I have been with Wiley since 1998 and working on usage statistics since 2001. I am a member on the COUNTER Executive Committee and the COUNTER Technical Advisory Group, and have been on the COUNTER 5 working group. My main interest is on developing meaningful metrics and ensuring data quality in the measurement of online behaviour.
