Native Floridian living in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Ryan Otto is a Scholarly Communication Librarian and Assistant Professor at Kansas State University Libraries' Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship. Ryan helps support the research lifecycle and land-grant mission at K-State. He is an educator on open access, copyright, digital publishing, OER, data management, and how we can build a healthy and sustainable scholarly communication environment. Ryan is also the coordinator of the K-State Research Exchange, the institution's digital repository, and journal publishing for New Prairie Press, K-State's open access publishing imprint.
