Kathleen Spring is Collections Management Librarian/Associate Professor and DigitalCommons Coordinator at Linfield College. Prior to beginning a career in libraries, Kathleen taught speech communication at Eastern Oregon University, Suffolk County Community College, and Hofstra University. Her research interests focus on the intersections of libraries and communication studies, particularly the performance of librarianship, as well as institutional repositories and digital collections, collaborative library partnerships, and international librarianship.
