Kelly manages the allocation of staff and collection resource activities including the identification, selection, procurement, invoicing and access to scholarly resources. Her team also provides other associated services such as Reading Lists, which includes digitization and copyright compliance, and inter-library loan for all Griffith University campuses. One of her main interests is exploring service and workflow improvements by applying an evidence-based approach.
