Jon Elwell is the Director of Content Strategies for EBSCO’s book program. In this role, Jon works with collection development librarians, profilers, subject matter experts, data analysts and others to curate, assess, enhance and acquire content to meet the acquisition needs of academic libraries while maintaining a long-term view on sustainability for academic discourse. Jon received his MLIS and MA in American History from Simmons College and has been with EBSCO Books since 2011. Prior to EBSCO, Jon worked in academic libraries as a reference librarian.
