As a Library Service Engineer at EBSCO, I help libraries get the most out of EBSCO's Discovery Service. Prior to joining EBSCO, I worked for almost 10 years as a Reference and Instruction Librarian in a variety of academic institutions. I was also a co-founder and editor of the Open Access, Open Peer-Reviewed journal, In the Library with the Lead Pipe. I live in Allentown, PA with my biology professor husband, 6-year-old daughter, and our pets. When not working I am probably playing board, card, or video games.
