Bertha Chang is Associate Head of Collections & Research Strategy at the North Carolina State University Libraries. She holds an M.S. from the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and an S.B. and Ph.D. from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
