Susan is the Assistant Director of Collection Development & Technical Services at the Alvin Sherman Library, Research and Information Technology Center at Nova Southeastern University. She started out as the Subject Specialist for Business at NSU and has her own information services business, Research-Ability. Her other professional experience was as the Research Director for First Marketing/Progressive Impressions International. Susan earned a Master's degree in Library Science from Rutgers University and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University. She has served on the Boards of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP) and the Florida Direct Marketing Association, was Past-Chair of the Special Library Association’s Division of Advertising and Marketing, and is a member of the American Library Association.
